The Training Year is the first year of the Luna Yoga Training Programme. This year consists of 150 full hours in the group of the chosen trainer. The basics of Luna Yoga are explored and discovered through intensive practice.
- Postures and movements
- Meditation
- Relaxation techniques
- Dances
- Observation of the breath
- Other: teas, acupressure, nutrition, etc.
The various methods allow the trainee to experience her own body in a new way and feel the stimulating effect these methods have on creativity. Homework deepens the process and activates independent creative power. Exchange with others encourages intensive practice.
The training reinforces individual practice. It can be completed in weekend courses or in week-long blocks. A year-long course, it contributes to a sense of self-empowerment and sensuality, leads to lightness in the body and deepens the trainee’s individual practice.
